If you are already registered for the Shareview Portfolio service, you can submit your International Payment details by logging in to your portfolio. Alternatively, if you do not currently have a portfolio then you can register for one.

Alternatively to apply via post just download the form you want, print it off, complete it, and return it to the address indicated on the form.

All of the forms are in PDF format so you will need Adobe Acrobat to view them. If you don't have this program you can download it for free.

Please note:

  • The maximum payment limit is $50,000/£50,000 worth of dividend in your base currency, unless otherwise stated.
  • All payments will be converted into local domestic currency unless otherwise stated.
