How your fees are calculated
The Administration Fee covers the work involved in producing the Letter of Indemnity, placing a restriction on the original certificates, and issuing a new certificate. The value of shares is calculated at the time the Letter of Indemnity is issued.
Please note: Only one administration fee will be charged if there are multiple holdings in the same company.

The countersignature on the Letter of Indemnity normally needs to be completed by a member of the Association of British Insurers. As an alternative, Equiniti can arrange for the countersignature to be waived by payment of a Countersignature Waived Fee.
