• Any known shareholder reference (usually 11 digits) and/or the companies in which the shares were held. If you are contacting us about more than one shareholding, please list each shareholder reference and company (if known).
• The Shareholder's full name
• The Shareholder's address, including any previous addresses where the shares may have been registered.
• The Shareholder's date of death
• Confirmation whether probate has been obtained or will be needed for any other part of the estate.
• Your name and address.
